Websites for vets: A website for your clinic.
A worried pet owner wants an answer now, and that may be after the front desk has closed. We build the site that calms the worry, takes the booking and brings the pet back when it is due.

Sample work by Oiko. Every business shown is made up.
What owners tell us
People try to book when we are closed.
They are home from work, the dog is limping, and the phone goes to a message. A booking page works at that hour. They pick a visit and a time, and your team sees it in the morning with nothing to chase.
My front desk spends the day answering the same few questions.
Owners ask about shots, opening hours, whether you see rabbits, and what to do about a cat that will not eat. We answer those on the site, in plain words, so the team has time for the people standing at the desk.
Pets miss their yearly shots, and we only find out later.
A text goes out when shots are due, with a link to book a time. The owner does not have to remember, and you do not have to chase. It is the booking you would have lost to forgetting.
A worried owner needs to know quickly if I can see a sick pet today.
We put it at the top of the page: same day visits for sick pets, how to ask for one, and what to do when you are closed. Someone with a poorly dog should know in ten seconds, not ten minutes.
What we set up
Booking by kind of visit
Owners choose the pet, then a check-up, shots, dental care or not feeling well. Each kind of visit has its own length, so a 30 minute slot is a 30 minute slot.
New client forms before the visit
Name, pet, history and any worries are filled in at home, on the couch, so the owner is not on a clipboard in the waiting room.
Shot and check-up reminders
A text when a vaccine or a yearly visit comes due. Bring back the pets that would otherwise slip away.
A page for each service
Dental care, surgery, senior pets, puppies and kittens, each explained in everyday words, with what to expect on the day.
Meet the team
Photos and a few lines about each vet and nurse. People trust the person they have already met on the page.
Payment after the visit
Owners pay at the desk by card, or online afterward, whichever suits them. The receipt lands in their messages.
How your customers use it
- 01An owner searches for a vet close to home, finds your clinic and sees at once that you take their kind of pet.
- 02They read about the vets and about how long a visit lasts, and decide you are the right sort of place.
- 03They fill in the new client form in the evening, naming the pet and what is wrong.
- 04They choose a visit and a time, and a text confirms it. The day before, a reminder arrives.
- 05At the clinic the records are already there. After the visit, a text goes out when the next shots are due.

Questions
Can owners book an emergency or same day visit online?
You decide. You can keep a few same day slots that show on the page each morning, or ask owners to message you first. A real emergency is always sent to your own phone number and your out of hours advice.
Can you keep my medical records on the site?
No, and we would not want to. Records belong in the clinic's own records program. The website holds the booking, the forms and the reminders, and passes details to your team without opening up the records.
Can I use the practice software I already have?
Often yes. Many clinic programs have a booking link or can take a form by email. We look at what you use during our first meeting and tell you plainly what joins up and what does not.
My clinic is small. Is a website like this too much?
It does not have to be big. A small clinic can start with a clear page, the services and a booking form, and add reminders later. The sample is two vets and a small team, so it fits the same size.
What does the sample clinic show?
Maple Grove Animal Clinic is made up, with two invented vets and invented owner reviews. You can try the booking box, read the services and look at the new client page. The notice at the top of every sample page says it is not a real clinic.
