Websites for fishing charters: A website for your charter.
Someone planning a day on the water looks at your page on their phone. We build the site that shows the dates still open, takes the deposit and tells guests what to bring.

Sample work by Oiko. Every business shown is made up.
What owners tell us
I am out on the water all day, and messages pile up.
A guest who waits until you are back at the dock may have booked someone else. A booking page answers for you: it shows the days that are open, takes the deposit and confirms. You read the bookings when you tie up.
Guests book, then cancel the morning of, and I lose the day.
A deposit by card holds the boat. The guest agrees to the terms when they pay, including what happens if the weather turns. Your day is paid for, or it is moved without an argument.
I spend half the evening checking the weather and texting everyone.
You decide, once, whether the trip is on. One message goes to every guest booked for the day, saying so, with the meeting time and the dock. If the trip moves, the new date goes out the same way.
Beginners and families do not know what to bring or what to expect.
A what to bring page answers it before they ask: jackets, sunscreen, motion sickness pills, lunch, and whether gear and licenses are included. People who feel ready show up on time and in a good mood.
What we set up
Dates and spaces that are live
The page shows the days you are running and the days that are taken, for each trip, so guests only ask for dates that work.
A page for each trip
Half day, full day and sunset trips, with the hours, the fish you go after, the group size and the price, laid out so a family can compare them.
Deposits taken when they book
A share of the price, such as a quarter, is paid by card to hold the boat. The rest is paid on the day.
Weather and change messages
A text the night before with the go or no go, and a message to move a trip if the sea says no, sent to all guests at once.
What to bring and where to meet
A short page and the same details in the booking text: the dock, the time, the clothes, what is included and what is not.
Photos of real days out
Pictures of guests, kids and catches, taken on your boat, with the captain's story. It shows what the day feels like, which a price list cannot.
How your customers use it
- 01A family on vacation searches for a fishing trip on a Friday night and opens your page.
- 02They compare the half day and the full day, see that gear is included and that first timers are welcome.
- 03They pick the half day, four guests and Saturday the 14th, and the page shows that it is open.
- 04They pay the deposit with a card on their phone, and the booking text says where to meet and what to bring.
- 05The evening before, a message tells them the trip is on. The balance is paid at the dock.

Questions
Can guests see which days are open?
Yes. The booking page shows the days you run and the days already taken for each trip. You block days for repairs, bad weather and your own time off.
What happens if the weather cancels a trip?
You write the rule once, such as moving the trip at no charge, and it shows on the booking page and in the confirmation. When the day comes, one message goes to everyone booked.
Do I need to add licenses and rules to the site?
You know the rules for your waters and your own license, and we do not. Tell us what you want said, and we put it on the page. Please check the exact wording with the people who issue your license.
I only run April to November. What does the site do in winter?
It stays up. You can mark the season, take gift certificates for next spring and let people ask about dates early. We can also close bookings until you open the book again.
What does the sample charter show?
Blue Heron Charters is a made up boat, captain and harbor. You can try the trip booking, see the deposit step and read the what to bring page. The notice at the top says none of the guests or reviews are real.
