Small business marketing management: Your frontoffice, handled.
Most rebrands fade because nobody is driving the machine afterward. We stay on and run it: the inquiry inbox, the invoices, the review requests, and one page of your numbers on the first of the month.
Sound familiar
The inquiry sat for two days.
Not because you did not care. You were on a job, and by the time you got to it they had already called somebody else.
Answering an inquiry within five minutes rather than thirty made a firm twenty one times more likely to qualify it.Oldroyd, McElheran and Elkington, Harvard Business Review, 2011
The invoice is three weeks old and nobody has asked.
Chasing it feels rude, so it does not get chased, and the money you already earned sits in somebody else's account.
The rebrand launched, and then nothing.
The site went live, the van got wrapped, and eleven months later nothing has been updated and nobody has asked a customer for a review.
What is included
You do not want to run any of it. Fair enough.
Fully managed, 6 month minimum
- Everything above, phased
- Inquiry inbox and invoicing
- Reviews, campaigns and the follow up
- Monthly content and updates
- One page report on the first
How it runs
- Month 1
Take it over
We pick up the inquiry inbox, the invoicing and the review requests, working in the tools you already pay for rather than moving you onto ours.
- Ongoing
Run it
Inquiries answered the day they arrive, invoices sent and chased politely, review requests after the job and not before, and the site kept current.
- The first
One page of numbers
On the first of the month: what came in, what was answered, what was invoiced and what is still owed. Your numbers, not a dashboard.
The terms
- Paid in thirds: signing, week two review, launch.
- Stop at the week two review and you owe nothing further.
- Two founders, three projects at a time. That is the capacity, not a tactic.
- Retainers cancel with thirty days notice.
- Domains, code, fonts, analytics and every account are registered in your name at kickoff, not transferred at the end. Leaving us is a password change, not a negotiation.
Questions owners ask
- How much does marketing management cost?
- After a twenty minute call about your business, we send a written scope and one fixed monthly number within two working days. There is no hourly rate hiding underneath it.
- What happens if I want to stop?
- Retainers cancel with thirty days notice. Every account and file stays in your name throughout, so leaving us is a password change rather than a negotiation.
- Do you take over our social media?
- Only where it is actually where your customers are. For most trades it is not, and we would rather put that hour into the inquiry inbox and your Google Business Profile than post for the sake of posting.
- Do I have to have done the brand or the site with you first?
- No, though it is easier when we know what is underneath. If the site is fighting you we will say so rather than quietly work around it every month.
Twenty minutes with the founders, about your business first. No deck, no pitch.
