Showing up on Google: Be easy to find when they search.

When someone nearby searches for what you do, Google shows a short list with a map. We make sure your business is on it, with the right details, so the person who is ready to book or visit can find you.

20 minutes about your business, with the people who would do the work. No sales pitch.

Sample: Maple Grove Animal Clinic, a website with hours, address and booking in plain view.

Sample work by Oiko. Every business shown is made up.

Sound familiar?

  1. I search for my own business and I am on page two.

People who need you today do not scroll. They pick from the first few names they see, and they usually pick one before they have read a word about the rest.

  2. My hours on Google are wrong.

A customer drives over on Saturday and finds the door shut, because Google still says you open. They do not blame Google. They blame you.

  3. I do not know who set up my Google listing, or whether I own it.

It is common. Someone made it years ago, or Google made it for you, and nobody has the login. That is fixable, and it is the first thing we check.

  4. A business that is not as good as mine is above me.

Google says it looks at how well a profile matches the search, how near the business is, and how well known it is. A complete profile and steady reviews are in your hands.

What you get

  • 01

Your Google Business Profile, claimed and complete

We claim it, or take it back if someone else holds it, and fill in every part: name, address, hours, what you do, the area you serve, and the right category.

  • 02

Photos that show the real place

A short list of photos that tell a stranger what to expect: the front of the building, the inside, the people, the work. We help you take them and put them up.

  • 03

A way to ask for reviews, every time

A short, polite message and a link you send after the job. Asking every happy customer, in the same way, is more reliable than hoping.

  • 04

A website that matches your listing

The same name, address and phone number as your Google profile, and a page for each thing you do, with the town in plain words. A clear website is something customers and Google can both read.

  • 05

    Your details the same everywhere

Your business listed the same way on the listing websites people use in your trade, so nothing contradicts anything else.

  • 06

A short note each month on what changed

What people searched, what they did next, and anything on your profile that needs attention. In plain words, with no jargon and no padding.

Who it is for

How it works

  1. Step 1

We look at how you show up today

We search for your trade in your town, as a customer would, on a phone. We look at your listing, your website and the listing websites, and write down what is missing or wrong.

    You receive

    • A plain list of what we found, with the biggest problems first
    • Screenshots of how you appear on a phone today
  2. Step 2

We get the listing back in your hands

We claim your Google Business Profile, or help you take it back from whoever set it up. You are the owner on the account, and we are added as someone who helps.

    You receive

    • Your Google profile, with you as the owner
    • Every login in a place you control
  3. Step 3

We fill it in and fix the details

Hours, services, photos, the area you serve, and the same details on your website and on the listing websites. We show you each change before it goes live.

    You receive

    • A complete profile you have read and approved
    • A list of the places your details were changed
    • New pages on your website for what you do and where, if needed
  4. Step 4

We set up how you ask for reviews

We write a short message and give you a link. After a job goes well, one tap sends it. You decide who gets it and when.

    You receive

    • The message, written in your voice
    • A one page guide your staff can follow
  5. Step 5

We keep an eye on it

Hours change at holidays. Customers post questions and photos. We watch for it, and we send you a short note each month with anything that needs a decision.

    You receive

    • A monthly note in plain words
    • A person to message when something looks wrong

Questions owners ask

How does Google decide who comes first?

Google says local results come from three things: relevance (how well your profile matches what someone searched for), distance (how far you are from them), and prominence (how well known you are, which includes links to your website and how many reviews you have). Most of that is within your reach, apart from the distance.

Can I pay Google to rank higher on the map?

No. Google states that there is no way to request or pay for a better local ranking. Anyone who says they can sell you one is not telling you the truth. What we do is make your profile complete and accurate so it matches what people search for.

Can you promise I will be first?

No, and nobody honest can. Distance alone changes who comes first for each person. We can make sure nothing is holding you back, and we tell you what we find.

Do I need a website for this?

It helps. Google counts links to your website as part of how well known you are, and customers check it before they come. If your site is old, we may suggest a check-up first. If you have none, we can build one.

What if someone leaves a bad review?

Everyone gets one sooner or later. A calm, polite reply, written in the open, tells the next reader a lot about you. We help you word it. We do not hide it and we do not invent reviews.

I work from my van or my home. Does it still work?

Yes. Tell us how you work and where you travel. We look at the options Google gives a business without a shop, and set up the one that fits, with you approving it first.

Who owns the Google profile?

You do. The profile and every login are in your name from the first day. If we stop working together, nothing needs to be handed back.
