If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site: which pages they visit, how they found us, what kind of device they use, and roughly where they are.
Google provides this service and may process the data in the United States. We do not use it for advertising, and it is kept for no more than 14 months.
If you reject cookies, or do not choose, analytics stays off. You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.
Your browser remembers whether you accepted or rejected, so we do not ask again on every page. That choice is never sent to us.
When you send the form, we receive your name, business, email, website, the options you picked and your message. It is saved to a Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account and emailed to both founders. We use it to reply to you and to prepare for the call, which is the step you asked for.
If you arrived from one of our emails, the link carries a short code so we can see that the link was clicked. The code holds no personal details. We keep form and email records while we are talking to you, and delete them when you ask.
The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, to run and protect the service. Fonts are served from this site, not from Google Fonts.
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email aditya@theoiko.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
