Websites for dentists: A website for your practice.
A new patient may look at more than one practice before choosing. We build the site that shows a friendly face, explains the treatments in plain words and lets them book a cleaning in a minute.

Sample work by Oiko. Every business shown is made up.
What owners tell us
New patients compare practices, and ours looks like the rest.
A site with a stock photo of a chair and a smile looks like any other. We put your own people, your own rooms and your own way of working at the front, so a patient can tell why yours is the one for them.
Many people are nervous, and the site should not make it worse.
We write for the nervous patient. The page says you go slowly, explain each step and stop when asked, and the booking form has a box to say so. It makes the first visit easier before it starts.
Patients want to know about insurance before they book.
We add a clear page on which plans you accept and how to check yours, and a way to send a photo of the card, so the answer is ready before they arrive.
Empty chairs happen when people forget or cancel late.
A reminder text goes out, and the patient confirms with one reply. If they cannot come, you hear early enough to offer the time to someone else, instead of finding out when the chair is empty.
What we set up
Treatment pages in plain words
Cleanings, fillings, crowns, whitening and children's care, each saying what happens, how long it takes and what comes after. No Latin, no jargon.
Booking for new and returning patients
A new patient picks a cleaning or a check-up. Someone with tooth pain gets the earliest time. Returning patients choose their usual time.
Family bookings back to back
Parents book the whole family in one trip, with slots side by side, so nobody takes three afternoons off work.
Forms before the visit
Health history and consent forms are filled in at home. We tell you what each form tool stores and where, so you can check it against your own rules.
Reminders and one tap confirm
A text the day before, and a late text if you are running behind by more than ten minutes.
Meet the team and the office
Real photos of the dentists, the hygienists and the front desk, and of the room, with early and Saturday times shown clearly.
How your customers use it
- 01Someone new to the area searches for a dentist, sees your practice and opens the page.
- 02They read about cleanings and whitening, look at the team, and see the early morning and Saturday times.
- 03They choose New patient, a cleaning and Thursday at 7:30, and add a note that they are nervous.
- 04A text confirms the booking and shows the forms to fill in at home, plus a reminder the day before.
- 05They arrive, the forms are done and the team knows to go slowly. After the visit, they can pay the balance online.

Questions
Can new patients book online without calling?
Yes. They say whether they are new, choose a visit and pick a time that is open. You decide which kinds of visit can be booked online and which need a word with the team first.
Is it safe to put patient forms online?
Patient information has strict rules, and we will not guess at them. We tell you what each tool stores and where, and you decide with your own advisor before anything goes live. You can also keep forms as a printed handout.
Can the site show which insurance plans we take?
Yes. A page lists the plans you accept and what to do if theirs is not on the list. We write it with you, since you know what you really take.
I have a practice management program already. Does this work with it?
Often, yes. Many have a booking link or send bookings by email. We find out which one you use in our first meeting and tell you what will join up and what will not.
What does the sample practice show?
Bright Oak Dental is made up, with invented patients and an invented team. You can try the booking box, see the treatments and read the new patient page. The notice at the top of the sample says none of it is real.
