Websites for architects: A website for your practice.
Your work is visual and your clients are careful. We build the site that shows your projects at full size, explains how you work and asks the questions that tell you whether a job is right for you.

Sample work by Oiko. Every business shown is made up.
What owners tell us
The photographs are good, but the site shrinks them into small squares.
Small squares hide the thing you are paid for. We give each project a full page with large pictures, a plan or a drawing next to the finished house, and a few lines on what the client asked for and what you did about it.
I get inquiries for jobs I would never take.
A bare contact box brings in every kind of message. We build an inquiry form that asks what is being built, where, roughly when, and whether there is a site yet. You read a proper brief, not a line saying Hi.
Clients do not understand what an architect does, or what happens when.
People are afraid of a process they cannot see. We lay out your stages on one page, from the first meeting to the move in, so a client knows what comes next and what you will ask of them.
My site looks like every other practice, gray and silent.
Gray with a logo is easy to copy. We take the way you actually work, the pencil, the long conversation, the walk around the site, and let the look come from that, so it could only be your practice.
What we set up
Project pages that do the work justice
Large photographs, a short story for each project, the drawings beside the result, and the type of job, such as new home, renovation or addition.
An inquiry form that qualifies
Questions on the kind of project, the place, the timing and the budget range the client has in mind, so you can say yes or no with the facts in front of you.
How we work, in stages
Listening, sketching, drawing, costing and building support, each described in one short paragraph. Clients see where the money and the decisions fall.
Booking a first meeting
Clients choose a meeting at their site, your studio or on video, and a time from your own calendar. An hour is set aside and nobody exchanges ten emails to find one.
Invoices by stage
Clients pay each stage by card or bank transfer, with a clear reminder if one is late, so the money side stays as orderly as the drawings.
A look drawn from your studio
Type, colors and a mark that belong to your practice, used on the site, your drawings and your proposals.
How your customers use it
- 01A couple planning an addition searches for architects who do renovations and finds your practice.
- 02They open the garden room project, see the old house and the new glass room side by side, and read what the owners wanted.
- 03They read your approach, see the stages and understand roughly how long each takes.
- 04They fill in the inquiry form, naming the house, the town and the year they hope to start, and book a first meeting at their home.
- 05You arrive having read their answers, knowing whether it is a job for you, and the hour is spent on the house.

Questions
Can I show projects that are under construction or still private?
Yes, with the owner's permission. You can show a project with no address and no name, or leave it off until the work is finished. We never put a house on the page without your say.
Do I have to show prices?
No. You choose. A page can ask about the client's budget range instead. You say what a first meeting involves and leave the numbers for when you have seen the site.
I have many projects. Do they all go on?
Pick the best six to ten to start. Fewer, better pages read as more confident than a long list. You can add one whenever a job is finished, and we show you how.
Can you help with the words as well as the pages?
Yes. Writing about yourself is hard. We interview you, then write the project stories and the approach in your voice, and you read and change every line before it goes on.
What does the sample practice show?
Hollis & Park Architects is a made up residential practice, and the projects and clients are invented. The photographs are real, from photographers credited at the foot of the sample page. You can open the project pages and try the meeting booking.
