Leak repair
We trace the water to where it actually gets in, then fix the shingles, flashing or seal that failed.
Start with a leakLeaks, storm damage, gutters and full replacements. Tell us what is wrong in about two minutes and we come back with a written plan.
Most calls to a roofer start with one of these. Pick the one that sounds like yours and the quote form takes it from there.

We trace the water to where it actually gets in, then fix the shingles, flashing or seal that failed.
Start with a leak
Missing shingles, lifted edges, dents and debris. We photograph the damage and make it safe first.
Start with storm damage
When the roof is past patching, we strip it, fix the deck underneath and lay the new one in a set schedule.
Start with a new roof
New runs, sagging sections and clogged downspouts, so water leaves the roof and stays away from the walls.
Start with guttersFour short questions and, if you have them, a few photos. It takes about two minutes.
We read your request, confirm a time that suits you, and inspect the roof and the damage.
You get the work in writing, line by line, with the reason behind each one. Say yes when you are ready.
Answer a few questions. We read every request and reply to your email within one business day.

We work across the metro and the towns on both sides of the river. Choose a town to find it on the map.
The map is a simple guide, not to scale. Town not listed? Pick “Somewhere nearby” in the quote form and we will tell you if we can come out.
We repair and replace roofs for homes and small buildings around Omaha. We would rather fix what is broken than sell you a new roof you do not need, and we will say so in writing.
It depends on what failed and how hard it is to reach. We do not guess a number over the internet, because the same leak can be a ten minute fix or a day of work. These are the things that move the price:
Our written quote lists each of these so you can see where the cost comes from.
Repair makes sense when the damage is in one area and the rest of the roof is sound. Replacement makes sense when damage is spread over several slopes, shingles are curling or shedding their grit, or the same repairs keep coming back. We look at the whole roof and tell you which one fits, even when the answer is the smaller job.
That depends on your policy and your insurer. Many policies cover sudden storm damage and not wear from age. We can document the damage with photos and write up the work needed, but your insurer decides what is covered, so read your policy or ask them before you sign anything.
The size of the roof, the number of slopes, the material and the weather all set the schedule. Your written quote gives a start window and an expected finish, and we tell you early if the forecast pushes it.
Wet roofs are not safe to work on, and some materials need dry, moderate conditions to seal properly. Emergency repairs and temporary covers can usually go on in most conditions. Full replacements are scheduled around the forecast.
A small problem now is a smaller bill than a ruined ceiling later. Two minutes is all the form takes.
