Asheville, North Carolina

A calm place to look after your whole family's teeth.

Linden is a family dental practice built around plain talk, unhurried visits and a room that feels more like a living room than a clinic.

Takes about a minute. You pick the times that suit you.

Treatments

Everyday dentistry, explained as we go.

The care most families need, with the reasons behind each step and your choices laid out before anything begins.

Exams and x-rays

A thorough look at your teeth and gums, with the findings shown to you and put in plain words.

Cleanings

Regular cleanings, with time to ask about brushing, flossing and anything you have noticed at home.

Fillings and repairs

Options for chipped, worn or damaged teeth, with the choices talked through before we start.

Whitening

A conversation about what whitening can and cannot do for your teeth, and which route suits you.

Kids and families

Book parents and children in the same visit block, with a relaxed pace for first-timers of any age.

Urgent visits

Something hurts or broke? Tell us what is going on and we will find the soonest time we can.

Your first visit

No surprises. Here is how it goes.

  1. Arrive and settle

Forms are short and can be done ahead of time. Take a minute with a drink before we begin.

  2. Talk first

We ask what brings you in and what you would like from your care, before anyone picks up an instrument.

  3. Look and learn

An exam and any x-rays your dentist recommends. We show you what we see and explain what it means.

  4. Leave with a plan

You get the options in writing, in plain language, and decide what happens next at your own pace.

A note for nervous patients

If dentists make you tense, tell us first.

Plenty of people feel this way, and you do not need to explain or apologize. Say so in the form below or at the front desk, and we will plan the visit around you.

  • Agree a hand signal and we pause whenever you raise it.
  • We explain each step before it happens, or skip the detail if you prefer.
  • A first visit can be a conversation and a look around, nothing more.
New patients

Tell us a little, and we will find a time.

Four quick questions. Our front desk replies by email to confirm a time that works for you.

  • No account to create
  • Nothing medical to fill in yet
  • Insurance questions can wait until we talk

Brand system

The identity behind Linden, at work.

One mark, a palette drawn from a quiet garden, two typefaces and a single icon style, applied the same way on a screen, a sign and a business card.

Color

Sage and teal carry the calm. Mint lifts the page. Apricot is the only warm note and is kept for the action you want someone to take.

Calls to action, warmth

Rough proportion on a page: mostly cream and pine, teal for structure, apricot in small doses. Pine on cream and white on teal both clear the 4.5:1 text contrast line.

Type

Fraunces is soft and a little old-fashioned in the best way, so headings feel like a person wrote them. Figtree keeps everything else clear and friendly.
